1. Order Confirmation

All orders will be processed only after:

• Final design approval from the client
• Confirmation of quantity, size, material, and finishing
• Advance payment (if applicable)

Once the client approves the final design, the order will move into production.

2. Design Approval Policy

Before printing, a final design preview/sample image/mockup will be shared with the client for approval.

The client is responsible for checking:

• Design layout
• Spelling and content
• Colors
• Size and dimensions
• Contact details and information
• Logo placement and graphics

Production will begin only after receiving client approval via WhatsApp, email, or written confirmation.

3. No Design Changes After Approval

Once the client approves the final design:

• No further design modifications will be accepted
• Color changes, text edits, size changes, or layout updates cannot be requested
• The approved artwork will be treated as the final production file

Any additional changes after approval may require extra charges and revised delivery timelines.

4. Quality Assurance

At Jai Graphics, every product undergoes proper quality checking before delivery.

• Material inspection
• Printing quality verification
• Color consistency checking
• Finishing inspection
• Packaging safety checks

Our team works carefully to deliver high-quality printing and branding solutions.

5. Replacement & Misprint Policy

If there is any issue caused from our side, including:

• Printing defects
• Misprints
• Damaged products during production
• Incorrect material usage
• Major quality issues

Jai Graphics will provide a 100% replacement for the affected product after verification.

Replacement eligibility applies only if the issue is confirmed by our quality team.

6. Client Approval Responsibility

If the client approves the final design and production work is completed accordingly:

• Jai Graphics will not be responsible for spelling mistakes, incorrect information, or design issues already approved by the client
• No replacement or refund will be provided for approved artwork errors

Client approval is considered final authorization for production.

7. Support & Complaint Resolution

If the client faces any issue related to the delivered product, they must report it within 24 hours of delivery.

Clients should share:

• Photos/videos of the issue
• Order details
• Proper explanation of the concern

Our support team will inspect the complaint and provide the best possible solution.

We are committed to providing complete customer support and professional assistance.

8. Delivery & Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines are shared based on project requirements.

Delivery timelines may vary due to:

• Large order quantity
• Material availability
• Technical issues
• Transport delays
• Client approval delays

Jai Graphics will always try to complete orders within the committed timeframe.

9. Color Variation Disclaimer

Minor color variations may occur due to:

• Screen display differences
• Material texture
• Printing machine calibration
• Lighting conditions

Small color differences between digital preview and final print are considered normal in the printing industry.

10. Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be canceled once:

• Design approval is completed
• Printing/production work has started

Advance payments for completed work are non-refundable.

11. Intellectual Property

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all submitted logos, images, artwork, and content do not violate copyright or trademark laws.

Jai Graphics will not be liable for unauthorized content provided by the client.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order with Jai Graphics, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions mentioned above.
